There is no ONE exercise program to suit everyone's needs.  In order to successfully make long-lasting fitness gains, you need to have a taylor made program, with not only your fitness goals in mind, but one that also takes into consideration your physical limitations.  What I will do is take all of the guess work out of what exercises to do and design safe, effective and proven programs that will help you achieve your goal faster and safer. 

PROGRAMS
*EACH PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO LAST FOUR (4) WEEKS.  MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM WILL BE MADE, ACCORDING TO FITNESS LEVEL, AS YOU PROGRESS SAFELY THROUGH EACH EXERCISE.
 
CORE ESSENTIALS
 
Your core muscles, which consist of the transverse abdominus(TVA), external and internal obliques, and rectus abdominus are responsible for supporting your spine and keeping your body stable and balanced.  Strengthening your core muslces will help reduce chronic back pain and strengthen your abs.  This program is designed to strengthen your core muscles, improve your balance and overall body stability.

TOTAL BODY BLAST
 
Our bodies work as one, so why not train the body as a whole with movements that work every muscle, optimizing calories burned and total body movement.  This program is designed to help you achieve optimal body fat reduction or overall body function, whether for sports or just everyday life.

$45 per program

SPECIALITY PROGRAMS

These programs are designed to help target certain "problem" areas that you may have.
